Each woman's journey is different, so we may focus on one phase longer than another, work on them simultaneously, or quickly move through things you've got covered already. Chosen, brave and crushing it!

Work through four phases of getting to know yourself and God better. PACE: Explore your Purpose, take Action, build Confidence, and strengthen your Endurance. Tackle every aspect from knowing who you are and what you are called to do, to setting goals, overcoming mental blocks, and building resilience through strong habits. This program will improve your whole world!

Purpose

Discover and define your calling. We'll walk through your testimony, reflect on your influences, analyze your personality, highlight your gifts and talents, find your passions, and look at your life through a scriptural lens. Through conversations, journaling, activities, assessments, and exercises, you'll discover more about who you are and who God has called you to be. Complete this step with a personal mission statement.

Action

Set goals and tackle procrastination. We'll lay out short term and long term goals related to your purpose. Through the exercises and conversations in this phase, you'll get to the bottom of what really causes your procrastination, indecision or inaction. We'll put together a customized strategy to get you moving and productive. If you are overwhelmed and doing too much, we'll streamline your activity to focus on your purpose and major priorities. Move on from this phase with a practical plan of action.

Confidence

Address limiting beliefs and get rooted in God's Word. Mindset is everything, and this is where we fine tune yours. We'll shift your thinking from self-doubt, anxiety and limiting belief to confidence in Christ, peace of mind, and the boldness to step out in faith, doing what you now are sure what God wants you to do. Learn strategies for monitoring, focusing, and shifting your thinking. Develop a Biblical mindset that will impact every area of your life. Mark this milestone with an arsenal of scriptures and techniques to win the mental battles and live boldly.

Endurance

Create more effective habits and routines; learn to manage obstacles and remain resilient. In this phase, everything comes together. We'll begin developing habits and building routines that will allow you to move forward towards your goals. We'll continue shaping your thoughts and perspectives into Biblical ones. Map your purpose, priorities, and values on your schedule, and learn how to adjust to change. Keep your eyes on the promised glory, and endure to the end! Walk away with better balance in your schedule and the encouragement to keep moving forward.

FAQs

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone learns at a different pace, (no pun intended) and some people need more coaching than others, so it will vary. Generally, anywhere from 60-90 days will create a positive difference in your life. Real transformation takes time, and it is not unusual to commit to six months or more to radically change your life.

Who is this program for?

This program is for sincere Christian women who want everything God has for them and desire to make a lasting impact in the world for Christ. If you want to glorify God with your life and are looking for the tools to overcome obstacles (especially mental ones), get better time management skills, and focus your life on your calling, this program is for you.

I am really busy these days, will I have time for this?

You can easily fit the zoom meetings into your schedule if you make it a priority. I highly recommend that the busiest women join, because part of the program is designed to help you balance things in your schedule. Remember, this is a self-paced program, and you don’t have to rush through it. It’s easy to fit into your schedule. If you are committed to growth, the time investment will be well worth it.
